By accessing or using the Jesus Nation website at jesusnation.app, the Jesus Nation Online application, or any associated ministry platform, service, program, or support channel (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By interacting with us — whether through the Platform, our support channels, our ministry programs, or any other means we make available — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, program participants, and anyone who contacts or engages with us in any capacity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Jesus Nation Online is a church ministry community. Our Platform exists to serve our members through ministry programs, pastoral support, teaching resources, community events, and related services. We are not a commercial retail service — we are a faith community, and every aspect of this Platform is designed to serve that purpose.
Our ministry programs include Women on Fire (WoF), ISOS, IVP Online, IVP Face to Face, Youth Ministry, and the Prophetic Channel, among others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or whose activity compromises the integrity or safety of our community.
Jesus Nation provides support through various channels, including our helpdesk at support.jesusnation.app. By interacting with us through any support channel, you acknowledge that:
Our support channels exist to serve you. Information shared with us through these channels is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Jesus Nation is a faith community rooted in love, respect, and shared commitment to one another. By using the Platform, you agree to engage with others in a manner consistent with these values.

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access in cases where these standards are not upheld.
Participation in Jesus Nation's ministry programs — including Women on Fire, ISOS, IVP Online, IVP Face to Face, Youth Ministry, and the Prophetic Channel — is subject to the specific terms, requirements, and community guidelines of each program.
Enrollment in a program does not guarantee unconditional access. Jesus Nation reserves the right to manage program participation in a manner consistent with the pastoral and spiritual integrity of each program.
Program details, schedules, and requirements are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to enrolled participants where reasonably practicable.
All financial contributions made through the Platform — whether described as tithes, offerings, donations, or gifts — are given freely and voluntarily to support the ministry of Jesus Nation. Giving is an act of worship and generosity, not a commercial transaction.
Donations to Jesus Nation are gifts. They are given willingly, from the heart, and are not made in exchange for goods, services, or spiritual benefit. No individual is required to give, and giving does not confer any special status, membership rights, or guaranteed ministry outcomes.
We receive all giving with gratitude and steward it with accountability before God and our community.
Giving can be made through the Platform using the payment methods made available at the time of your contribution. All payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We retain order reference data and confirmation details, not your raw payment credentials.
Once a gift is submitted and confirmed, it is treated as a completed voluntary contribution. It is not held in escrow or reserved pending ministry outcomes.
Because donations are voluntary gifts freely given, we do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, dissatisfaction with ministry outcomes, or any other discretionary ground.
Refunds are only issued in the case of duplicate payments — where the same transaction has been processed more than once in error, resulting in an unintended double charge.
To request a refund on the basis of a duplicate payment:
Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method used. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect.
We do not offer credit, substitution, or transfer in place of a monetary refund.
If you have made a giving error you are concerned about, please reach out to us. We will always seek to engage with you personally and with pastoral care, even where a formal refund does not apply.
We take the integrity of our giving system seriously — both to protect our community and to honour the trust of genuine givers.
Jesus Nation reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or flag any payment that:
Where a payment is refused or reversed on these grounds, we will notify the relevant party where it is safe and appropriate to do so. We cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement as required by applicable law.

Some ministry resources, courses, or program enrollments may involve a financial contribution or access fee. Where this is the case, the specific amount and what is included will be clearly communicated before you confirm participation.
Access to paid resources is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Jesus Nation retains all rights to ministry content and resources made available through the Platform.
All content on the Platform — including teaching materials, sermons, written resources, program content, the Jesus Nation name and identity, and the software underlying the Platform — is the intellectual property of Jesus Nation Online or its licensors.
You may access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial, ministry-related purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt, or publicly display Platform content without prior written permission.
If you submit content to the Platform — such as a testimony, comment, or profile information — you grant Jesus Nation a non-exclusive licence to use that content in connection with operating the Platform and our ministry.
We aim to make the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We will communicate planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jesus Nation Online shall not be liable for:
Our liability, where it cannot be excluded by law, is limited to the amount you have paid to Jesus Nation in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — or, where no payment has been made, to a nominal amount.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Jesus Nation may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time where:
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any giving or ministry contributions previously made, except in cases of duplicate payment as described in Section 7.3.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law — will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to Jesus Nation's place of operation.
We are committed to resolving disputes relationally and pastorally where possible. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first at [email protected] before pursuing formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jesus Nation regarding your use of the Platform.
